INTRODUCTION
This study focuses on moving to higher grounds.
Higher Grounds of power, of joy, of faith, of holiness, of dominion, of prosperity; that is, moving from slavery to freedom, from servants to rulers, from poverty to prosperity, from sorrow to joy. These promotions in various areas would be our portion in Jesus’ name. Amen.
CENTRAL BIBLE PASSAGE: PSALM 40:1-13
A. OBSTACLES TO MOVING HIGHER
To move to higher grounds, you need to be delivered from evils and iniquities that keep a man in the same stop forever. These are called force of limitation.
They content with a man whenever he wants to move forward or higher to better things.
Everyone born of a woman have some degree of it; even, the children of Israel, the people of God, the people of grace. For them, it was the fear of the unknown. Num. 13:25-33; 14:26-28, 35-38; 1 Cor. 10:1-11.
For some others, it might be problems traceable to their roots. 1 Chron. 4:9-10; Gen. 49:3-4; Deut. 33:6; Judg. 6:25-28.
For some, it might be harvest of seed sown. Gal. 6:7; Ps. 105:20-22; Acts 8:1-3; 9:1-16; 2 Cor. 12:9.
For some others, it might be sin or iniquities. Is. 59:12; Heb. 12:1-2.
For some, it might be past knowledge or experience. “Nevertheless” clause must be in your vocabulary as a child of God. Lk. 5:1-5
For some others, it might be demonic activity or manipulations. Dan. 10:11-14; Mt. 15:22; Mk. 11:1-10.
For some others, it might be lack of desire for higher grounds.

Cry to the Lord today to be delivered from obstacle to moving to higher grounds

Today’s study opens us to what to do to move to the higher ground. It is my prayers that we will begin to climb higher and higher like never before in Jesus’ name (Amen).
