INTRODUCTION

In the last study, we considered “Return to your first love for God”. God is a jealous God; He would not accept anything less than pure, passionate and consistent love for Him.
If you have left your first love for Him, He is calling you back before it is too late.
Today’s study considers the implications of the Seventh time. May God enlighten us further in His Word in Jesus name (Amen).

CENTRAL BIBLE PASSAGE: 1 KINGS 18:36-45

A. THE SEVENTH TIME
Seven is a special number that have to do with hope, perfection and completion. It represents fullness of time. God’s work of creation was both completed and perfected in seven days. All of mankind’s existence was related to God’s creative activity. The seven-day a week reflected God’s first creative activity.
The Sabbath was that day of rest following the workweek reflective of God’s rest. At the number of seven or a multiple of it, something new always happen, a completion always take place.
A lot of people who have been desirous of God’s intervention in their lives and circumstances have given up, become discouraged or disillusioned at edge of their miracle because they did not understand the Seventh time principle. They did not wait for the divine timing to actualise their miracle.
Anyone who intends to get to a higher level must be a champion who never quit until the seventh. People on the higher level never give up. The Lord Himself prayed Three (3) times on a particular occasion. At times, you pray or do certain things seven times.
Remain steadfast and faithful. Your seventh time would come and your life would never be the same again in Jesus’ name (Amen).
